Embodied Consciousness Weekend Retreats
How do we nourish our Being in a world of doing? How do you nourish your Being?
This weekend retreat is a time to gather with other women in a safe space, in which you can lovingly experience your Being through your own BodySoul.
Together we will move through gentle practices designed to deepen your connection to your inner wisdom, healing capacities and the Conscious Feminine. We will work with your images and symbols from dreams, nature, and the body through active imagination, body-awareness, sound, movement, and simple art. Images carry the unlived energy and emerge through dreams, body, psyche, and voice. By bringing these images and symbols to consciousness we can more fully live their wisdom in daily life.
These offering are grounded in the work of Carl Jung’s Analytic Psychology and Jungian Analyst, Marion Woodman’s writing and teachings.
Dates: June 6-7, 2009; Sept 19-20, 2009; and Dec 5-6, 2009 Schedule: Saturday 1-6pm and Sunday 11-4pm Location: Santa Cruz and Menlo Park, California.

Embodied Dreaming – Day long retreat
In this group format we will explore image as the connector between body and soul through dream-work. We will explore these images through movement, sound, and simple art to consciously embody and express the energy of your dream symbols. Images carry the unlived energy and emerge through dreams, body, psyche, and voice. By bringing these images and symbols to consciousness we can more fully live their wisdom in daily life.
Participants will work individually and together, honoring the uniqueness of each person while being supported in a community of soul-tending.
Discussion of Carl Jung’s dream theory and Marion Woodman’s teachings on the psyche/soma connection will support the integration of the experiential process.

Conscious Femininity: Reading and Discussion Group:
This 8 week group will cultivate an understanding of the Conscious Feminine through excepts from Marion Woodman’s writings and the Myth of Psyche, exploring the tasks in the psychic development of the Feminine. Some experiential processes will support the integration of the reading material.
